The MDT M-LOK ARCA Rail gives you a direct path from your rifle's M-LOK forend to an ARCA-Swiss tripod head, which has quietly become the go-to interface for precision and long-range setups. At 8.6 inches, this medium-length version offers plenty of clamping surface to slide your rifle fore and aft on the tripod until you dial in the balance point you want. It bolts onto M-LOK slots found on most chassis, stocks, and handguards, and MDT built it to play nicely with their own ESS and LSS-XL Gen2 systems.
This one is cut from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a Mil-Spec Type II hard black anodize, so it shrugs off the bumps and scrapes that come with real field use. Every one of MDT's ARCA dovetails is machined and checked against the Really Right Stuff standard, which matters because a sloppy dovetail is the fastest way to get wobble between your rifle and clamp. There are 14 drilled and tapped holes running the length of the rail, letting you index bipods, barricade stops, or other accessories in the exact same spot every time.
MDT gave this rail a rearward overhang so you can clamp your tripod closer to the rifle's center of gravity, which makes the whole setup feel more balanced and less tippy. The front and side surfaces are rounded and the leading edge is angled, so it eases into a tripod clamp cleanly and won't chew into your hand or gear when you're running it standing or off a barricade. A solid M-LOK boss underneath is shaped to take repeated recoil without loosening up.

It mounts to the M-LOK slots on your rifle's chassis, stock, or handguard using the included hardware. The 8.6" length needs enough open M-LOK real estate to bolt down solidly, so as long as your forend has slots spaced for the rail's mounting bosses, you're good to go.
