This 7 PRC comes in at 24 inches with a 1-8 twist and a 5/8×24 threaded muzzle, so it is ready for a brake or suppressor right out of the gate. The straight taper contour keeps the balance predictable, and at right around 2 pounds 13 ounces, it takes a noticeable chunk of weight off the muzzle end of your rifle.
Proof starts every one of these with a full-profile, match-grade 416R stainless steel blank made in-house, then turns it down and wraps it in high-strength, aerospace-grade carbon fiber set in a proprietary resin matrix. That construction is what lets these barrels run up to 64 percent lighter than a comparable steel contour while keeping the steel bore, chamber, and threads that actually do the work. The carbon wrap is not just there to cut weight either. The helical fiber orientation is designed to pull heat out along the length of the barrel, so it cools faster between strings and holds its zero when things get hot.
The 7 PRC is a modern long-range hammer, and the 1-8 twist here is dialed in to stabilize the heavy, high-BC 7mm bullets that make the cartridge shine at distance.
