A Full choke is the tightest constriction most bird hunters and clay shooters reach for, and this Winchester Signature Series tube is built to squeeze your 12 gauge pattern down for the longer stuff. The Signature line uses an extended body and refined internal taper, and that longer taper is really where the magic happens, giving you denser, more uniform patterns with fewer fliers than a short flush tube can manage. Full constriction runs right around .035, which puts a high percentage of your load into that 30-inch circle out where standard chokes start to thin out.
Think pass-shooting waterfowl, late-season roosters flushing wild, dove on windy afternoons, or trap and long clays where you need every pellet you can get on target. The tighter pattern rewards a good shooter with clean breaks and clean kills at distance. It handles lead, steel, and non-toxic shot, so you can run it hard through duck season without babying it.
Winchester machines these from 17-4 stainless steel with a matching stainless finish, so corrosion resistance is a non-issue even after a soggy morning in the blind. The tube extends about three-quarters of an inch past the muzzle, and the knurled surface lets you swap chokes by hand without digging around for a wrench. That signature red band is marked with the constriction, so you always know what's in the barrel at a glance.
This one is 12 gauge only and designed for Winchester's back-bored Invector-Plus barrels, which covers the Model 101, Supreme, Select, SX2, SX3, SX4, and SXP shotguns. Because Invector-Plus and Browning back-bored barrels share the same thread pattern, it also fits Browning Invector-Plus guns. If your barrel is marked Invector-Plus, you're good to go. Just make sure you're not confusing it with the standard Invector system, since the two are not interchangeable.

Yes. The 17-4 stainless steel construction is rated for lead, steel, and non-toxic shot, so it holds up fine to waterfowl loads. Keep in mind that steel patterns tighter than lead, so a Full choke with big steel can pattern extra tight at close range.
Reach for Full when you need reach and density, like pass-shooting ducks and geese, late-season roosters flushing wild, or long trap and clay targets. It puts a high percentage of pellets in a tight pattern out past where Modified starts to open up. For close-flushing upland birds or skeet, a more open choke usually breaks and kills cleaner.
