That said, plenty of people do carry full-size pistols successfully, and the RXM's ergonomics and Gen 3 holster compatibility make that easier to pull off.
Yes, that is one of the key selling points of the RXM platform. The Magpul EHG RG9 grip is available separately in Black, Stealth Gray, Flat Dark Earth, and OD Green. Because the FCI pops out and transfers into any compatible EHG, changing the color or sizing down to a compact or sub-compact frame is straightforward and does not require any gunsmithing or additional transfers.
