The Magpul Hunter/SGA High Cheek Riser Kit fixes that by raising your comb to meet your eye, so you drop your head onto the stock the same way every time and your sight picture is right there waiting for you.

This is the High configuration, and it ships with two risers so you can dial in the height that works for your setup. You get one 0.50" riser and one 0.75" riser, both molded in Magpul's tough OD Green polymer.
