Yes. The Liberator MK2 is fully ambidextrous, so the same holster works for right or left hand carry. You just move the belt clip to the other side of the shell and adjust the cant to your preference. No need to order a dedicated left-hand model.
This specific model (70403) is molded for the Sig P365XL. LAG makes separate Liberator MK2 shells for the standard P365 and the X-Macro, and since these holsters are formed to tight tolerances, you'll want the version cut for your exact pistol for proper retention and fit.
You can. The MK2's revised mounting pattern accepts Ulticlips, Malice clips, and most common aftermarket attachments, which even lets you carry without a belt depending on the clip you choose. The 1.75 inch hard clip comes standard, and alternate clips are sold separately.
