The design uses aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum to encase high-strength stainless steel and features the Mountain Hunter contoured fluted barrel for controlled handling and weight savings. Short-action models weigh in at approximately 5.5 lbs, while long-action models are about 6.0 lbs. This configuration is chambered in 6.5mm Creedmoor with a 21-inch fluted barrel and includes a 5-round Magpul detachable PMAG.
