No, this magazine is specifically designed for the H&K CC9 and will only function with that model. The internal components, punch-block capacity limiter, and feed geometry are unique to the CC9 platform. If you have other H&K pistols, you'll need magazines designed for those specific models.
It's not recommended. The 10-round and 12-round magazines use different internal components, and they're specifically designed to work as complete units. The manufacturers manual advises against mixing parts between the two capacities, as doing so can cause feeding issues or reliability problems.
The flush floor plate on this magazine sits level with the grip frame for a compact carry setup with minimal extension. The extended floor plate version adds extra length for better pinky grip and control, but extends slightly below the grip. Choose flush if concealment is your priority, and extended if you want a fuller grip with the slight tradeoff in profile.
The magazine springs are engineered for long life and positive feeding right out of the box, which means they're fairly stiff when new. You might find them a bit tough to load to full capacity the first few times, but this tightness is actually a feature that ensures reliable feeding. The springs will loosen slightly with regular use over time.
