We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.

We reserve the right to require additional time to process your order. Examples include unusually high order volume, shipping delays, holidays, and tax refund season.
PAYMENTS & TAX

Tax is calculated based on your location. Currently, we only charge sales tax if you are located in the state of Georgia.

All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is not accepted.

We only accept immediate checkout with a credit card at this time.
KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS

It is your responsibility to know your city and state laws to ensure the product you are buying is legal to own. If you are unsure, ask your local FFL. We are not responsible for orders placed for items that are illegal in your state.

If you live in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York, it is especially important to verify that what you are buying is legal to own in your state.

If an order cannot be completed due to your state laws, the order will be canceled and will be subject to our cancellation fees.
SHIPPING

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email sent to the email address on file. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer.

Order processing does not begin until both payment and FFL information have been received.

Once payment and FFL information are received, processing can take 24 to 96 hours (usually much faster).

You will receive a tracking number within 2 to 6 business days of your order being processed.

If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before buying. We cannot guarantee delivery within a specific number of days unless previously discussed.

We reserve the right to use the most reasonably priced shipping provider, typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products may be sold locally before we are able to update our online listings. If this happens, we will notify you immediately of the cancellation.

Not every item we sell is stocked at our physical store location in Blairsville. While waiting on payment or FFL information, items may sell out. We can hold most items, but in some cases we may have to cancel an order due to overselling. We will attempt to source the item from another distributor whenever possible.
RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

If we ship the wrong item, we will cover the return and redelivery shipping costs.

Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location before completing the 4473 form. Once the 4473 is completed and signed, the firearm is considered yours.

If you are denied by the ATF or unable to complete the transfer, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
