Description

The RMU Mount by Reptilia is a lightweight, slim-line riser developed at the request of a DoD customer. It is intended to lift optics with fixed lower 1/3 co-witness heights to an elevated position that can be more ergonomic when using helmet-borne night vision or for shooters who prefer a more upright sighting posture. The mount is compatible with a variety of holographic and red-dot optics and installs on a standard M1913 Picatinny rail.

Machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a Mil-Spec Type III hard anodize, the RMU Mount offers a low-profile design with a spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp and mounting bolt that sit flush with the body of the mount. This 12-slot configuration provides increased sight placement while minimizing snag points.
