The NcSTAR VISM AR-15 Upper Receiver Block is a modular vise block designed to aid in the assembly, maintenance, and barrel installation/removal of AR-15/M4 upper receivers. It can be used as a single lower half for quick clamping or bolted together with the upper half to fully support the receiver interior and underside. The upper half inserts similarly to a bolt carrier group and the block includes hardware to secure the two halves. A longitudinal hole is provided to serve as a bore brush guide during cleaning.
