Description

The Magpul MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) Front is a folding polymer back-up sight engineered for AR-15/M16 platforms and 1913 Picatinny‑railed hand guards. It provides elevation adjustment and the same height over bore as standard A2 sights, while the spring-loaded flip mechanism deploys from either side using a top release. Protective wings guard the spring-locking A2-style front sight post. Note: the front MBUS must be mounted to a railed fore end on the same plane as the receiver rail and cannot be mounted to a railed gas block; it is not compatible with MOE hand guards.
