The 9.8" handguard bolts on through an 8-screw, 4-point mount straight into the extended section of the upper, so there's no shifting or rotation once it's torqued down, and the 7-sided free-float profile puts M-LOK slots almost anywhere you'd want a light, grip, or sling mount.
