Yes. NAA mini revolvers use a safety cylinder with notches between the chambers, so the hammer can rest in a notch rather than on a live round. That lets you carry a full five rounds with the hammer safely lowered, which was a big improvement over old-style single actions.
The Zorro is built on the standard NAA-22LR frame, so it works with much of the extensive mini revolver accessory lineup. Keep in mind the buckle itself is sized specifically for the 1.125 inch barrel .22 LR model, so a longer barrel or magnum frame will not seat in it.
