This is the Marble's No. 69WH flat-top folding rear leaf sight, a windage-adjustable iron sight machined from steel and finished in black. It's built to replace the standard rear sight on all kinds of classic and modern rifles, and it fits a wide range of guns from Winchester, Marlin, Remington, Savage and others. The height range on this WH model runs from about .460 inches to .590 inches, so it sits taller than the standard No. 69W and pairs well with rifles that need a little more sight elevation.
The whole point of a folding leaf sight is versatility. This one drops flat against the top of the barrel when you'd rather aim through a tang peep sight or a scope, then a strong spring snaps it back up and holds it firmly in the raised position when you want to run irons. That flat-top profile keeps it out of the way of your optic so you're not fighting your own hardware.
Being the windage model, this sight is screw-adjustable for left-right corrections, so you can zero it precisely with a small screwdriver instead of drifting the whole sight in its dovetail. The reversible notch piece gives you a choice of a U-shaped or V-shaped notch depending on what your eye likes, and it swaps in seconds with a screwdriver. The height-adjustable notch also lets you fine-tune elevation. A hand-painted white enamel diamond sits right below the notch to pull your eye to center for fast, instinctive sight alignment.

As with almost any dovetail sight, expect that some minor fitting may be needed to get it seated just right. If you're unsure, measure your existing dovetail before ordering.
The main difference is height. The WH is the taller version, running roughly .460 to .590 inches, while the standard 69W sits lower at about .360 to .490 inches. Pick the WH when your rifle needs more rear sight elevation to line up with your front sight.
