Description
The Cloud Defensive Torrent Inline Light Mount is the no-nonsense way to bolt a Scout-style weapon light straight to your M-LOK handguard. Rather than adding a rail section and stacking parts, this mount attaches directly to any M-LOK compliant surface and keeps your light hugging the rail. That inline design keeps the whole setup low and tight, so it won't fight you when you're running the gun, indexing your support hand, or working around backup iron sights.
Built for Cloud Defensive by Impact Weapons Components in conjunction with Haley Strategic, the Torrent line has a reputation for being some of the toughest mounts you can hang off a rifle. This one is CNC machined from certified 6061-T6 billet aluminum and wears a Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized finish, so it shrugs off holster wear, weather, and the general abuse that comes with hard use.
What the Torrent Inline M-LOK Brings to the Table
The mount is ambidextrous, giving you seven total mounting solutions across a seven-sided M-LOK rail so you can set it up on either side of the gun. Four light positions provide about a quarter inch of lateral adjustment, which is handy for dialing in beam alignment or clearing a rail-mounted laser. One thing worth knowing: for maximum strength, keep the mount fully supported on the rail rather than letting any part hang off the end.
Lights That Fit the Torrent Inline
Compatibility is broad. It works with Cloud Defensive REIN and REIN Micro lights, all Surefire M300 and M600 Scout bodies (except the M600 AA), Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1 and 2, and most replacement bodies that use the Scout footprint. It also plays nicely with IR aiming devices like the B.E. Meyers MAWL, L3 PEQ-15, NGAL, and Steiner DBAL, making it a solid choice for a duty or night-capable build.
If you want your light mounted clean, low, and dead simple, the Torrent Inline is hard to beat.

Frequently Asked Questions
What lights fit the Torrent Inline M-LOK mount?
It's built around the Scout light footprint, so it fits Surefire M300 and M600 Scout bodies (except the M600 AA), Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1 and 2, and Cloud Defensive REIN and REIN Micro lights. It also works with most replacement bodies that use the Scout mounting style. That covers a big chunk of the popular weapon lights on the market.
How does the inline mount differ from an offset or SBR mount?
The inline design puts your light directly against the rail in the traditional straight-line position rather than kicking it out at an angle. That keeps the profile low and clean, which is great for a streamlined build. If you want your light rotated to open up hand space or clear other gear, an offset or SBR-style mount would be the way to go instead.
Can I run it on either side of my rifle?
Yes. The Torrent Inline is ambidextrous with seven total mounting solutions across a seven-sided M-LOK rail, so you can set it up on the left, right, or bottom to suit your setup. Four light positions give you about .265 inches of lateral adjustment to fine-tune placement.
Does the Torrent Inline work with IR aiming lasers?
It does. The mount plays well with most IR devices including the B.E. Meyers MAWL, L3 PEQ-15, NGAL, and Steiner DBAL. That makes it a practical pick if you're building a night-capable rifle and need your light and laser working together on the same rail.
