It bolts onto 3rd generation Savage short action Series 10/110 centerfire rifles with center-feed magazine compatibility and 4.40 inch action screw spacing, covering guns made from 2006 forward. There's no bedding or gunsmithing needed, so most folks have it mounted in well under fifteen minutes with a single hex key.
The heart of this stock is a Type III hard anodized, machine-finished A380 cast aluminum V-bedding block wrapped in a reinforced polymer shell. That combo locks the action down tight and gives you a stable, repeatable platform without the mess of glass bedding. The tapered beam forend stays rigid and free-floats compatible barrels, and it clears profiles all the way up to Medium Palma and Savage Varmint contours. Plenty of owners report their rifle held zero after the swap, with a few noting groups that actually tightened up.
Length of pull adjusts from 13 to 15 inches using included spacers, and the comb comes pre-fitted with a 0.25 inch cheek riser (with 0.00, 0.50, and 0.75 inch risers available separately). That range makes it easy to line your eye up behind a scope and get a consistent cheek weld shot after shot, which is where a lot of factory guns fall short. The 60 degree grip angle puts your hand in a natural, comfortable position for field and bench work alike.
Eight M-LOK slots let you hang a bipod, sling mount, or other gear right where you want it, and the rear of the stock accepts push-button QD swivels with an optional Sling Mount Kit. It also feeds from AICS-spec detachable box magazines through the included Bolt Action Magazine Well. Made in the USA in OD Green, it weighs in around 3.3 pounds and gives your Savage a genuine custom feel.

Because the Hunter 110 uses its own bottom metal and magazine well, the factory front-of-trigger-guard bolt release button is no longer present on bottom-release actions. To remove the bolt for cleaning you reach a tool inside the trigger guard to trip the release lever. It's a minor extra step some owners note, and it doesn't affect normal shooting.
