The Inforce ARC 650 LR-M is a rifle and shotgun light built around a simple idea: give you serious reach without giving up the wide spill you want when things get close. The Long Range head pushes 1,400 lumens paired with a 90,000-candela hotspot, which translates to a tight, focused beam that can identify targets way out there while the surrounding spill keeps your whole field of view lit. Inforce rates the throw at up to 600 meters, and real-world use puts usable target ID comfortably out past a couple hundred yards.

What Sets the ARC 650 LR-M Apart

The big story here is modularity. The ARC is built on the Scout footprint and thread pattern, so heads, bodies, tailcaps, and mounts swap around freely. That means you're not locked in. You can upgrade or reconfigure down the road, or drop ARC components onto lights you already own. The body is 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish, and it carries an IPX8 waterproof rating along with MIL-STD-810H testing, so rain, mud, and hard knocks are part of the plan, not a problem.

Power and Mounting on the ARC 650

Running on a rechargeable 18650 battery, the ARC 650 delivers up to 2 hours and 45 minutes of continuous runtime, which is a healthy stretch for a light this bright. When the rechargeable runs low, the dual fuel design lets you run CR123 batteries as a backup, so you're never stuck. The included M-LOK 45-degree Scout-footprint mount gets it on your handguard right out of the box, and if you want a different angle, Inforce offers inline and 1913 offset mounts separately.

At roughly 5.6 inches long with a 1.4-inch bezel, this is the larger light in the ARC lineup, and it earns that size with more output, more throw, and longer runtime. The push-button tailcap handles both momentary and constant-on, keeping controls right where your support hand wants them.
