This is the OEM factory magazine made for your Zastava PAP M77 rifle. Built with serious durability in mind, it's constructed from quality steel with a polymer follower that's treated with an anti-friction coating to keep feeding smooth and consistent through hundreds of rounds. The 20-round capacity gives you more time at the target and less time reloading, which is especially nice when you're trying to put in work at the range.
The magazine body is heavy-duty steel with a black finish that resists wear and corrosion. Inside, you get a steel wire spring and a flat follower designed to keep your cartridges properly aligned through the feed cycle. The geometry is tight without any wobble when seated in your rifle, and the floorplate comes off easily if you ever need to strip it down for cleaning.
The anti-friction coating on the polymer follower is the key to smooth operation. It lets cartridges slide effortlessly into the chamber without the snags or resistance you sometimes get with older mags. The precision-machined locking lug fits snugly into your M77 platform, and the reinforced feed lips prevent any splay or deformation even after hard use. These aren't plastic toys that'll wear out in a year or two—they're engineered to last.
Yes, this magazine is factory built specifically for the Zastava PAP M77 platform in .308 Winchester and 7.62×51 NATO. It fits properly with minimal wobble and feeds reliably. Make sure your rifle is chambered in .308 Winchester or 7.62×51 NATO, as the M77 magazines are platform-specific and not interchangeable with other rifle types.
This is new manufacture using modern specifications and materials. The high-impact polymer follower with anti-friction coating keeps feeding smooth and consistent, while the precision-machined locking lug and reinforced feed lips prevent wear and wobble. New mags also have better tolerance for all common .308 ammunition, whereas older surplus magazines sometimes had feeding quirks.
Yes. The steel floorplate is removable, allowing you to access the spring and follower for cleaning or inspection. Just push out the floorplate from the bottom of the magazine body and you can take it apart without any tools. Field stripping is quick and straightforward.
The magazine is designed for 20 rounds and can be stored loaded indefinitely without springs weakening or losing tension. Many users load and carry these mags fully loaded for extended periods without any feeding degradation. The spring tension stays solid because the anti-friction coating on the follower reduces friction and pressure on the spring itself.
