This is the genuine factory magazine for your Chiappa CBR-9, built to match the performance and reliability of the pistol itself. The clear polymer design serves a practical purpose beyond looks—it gives you instant visual confirmation of how many rounds you have loaded, which matters at the range or in any high-stress situation.
The magazine is constructed from durable, impact-resistant polymer that can handle the rigors of regular use. Inside, you'll find a red polymer follower paired with a steel spring, a combination that ensures smooth, consistent feeding even when you're pushing the gun hard. The reinforced feed lips grip each round with precision, creating a tight fit that eliminates wobble and keeps rounds aligned perfectly as they feed into the chamber.
At 10 rounds, this capacity works well for extended shooting sessions while staying practical. The removable polymer baseplate makes cleaning and maintenance straightforward. Whether you're picking this up as a spare magazine to keep in your range bag or building out your backup mag collection, you're getting a solid factory-made component that's designed to feed reliably, mag after mag.
Yes, this is a genuine factory magazine made by Chiappa specifically for the CBR-9 semi-automatic pistol. It's designed to be a direct fit replacement or additional magazine for the CBR line. You can count on the same fitment and function as the magazines that come with the gun.
The transparent design lets you see exactly how many rounds you have without removing the magazine or tilting it in odd angles to count. This quick visual check is especially useful when you're shooting and need to know if a reload is coming up soon. It also makes it easy to spot any issues during cleaning or inspection.
No, it serves a practical purpose. The high-visibility follower helps you see when the magazine is empty or running low on capacity. Combined with the clear body, it makes round counting even faster and easier, which is why factory Chiappa magazines include it.
Absolutely. Many people keep several spare mags in a range bag or in magazine pouches. The removable polymer baseplate makes the magazines easy to strip down for cleaning, and the durable construction holds up to repeated loading and use. They stack and store compactly.
This magazine is chambered for 9mm Luger (also called 9x19mm NATO). Standard commercial 9mm ammunition feeds reliably through it. The reinforced feed lips and steel spring are engineered to handle both standard and high-velocity loadings without issue.
