You get both upper and lower receivers machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, matched and precision-finished for a cohesive look. The 8.5" M-LOK handguard pairs perfectly with the billet upper, which comes with dust cover, anti-rotation pin, and lightweight forward assist already installed.

The Radian A-DAC 15 lower receiver comes with ambidextrous bolt catch and release, magazine release, and the famous Radian Talon 45/90 safety selector that lets you configure for 45-degree or standard 90-degree throw based on your preference. The Raptor-SD charging handle works smoothly from both sides and has an enhanced design for suppressed applications.
What's Included for Assembly
Beyond the matched receivers and handguard, you get an aluminum barrel nut, barrel nut wrench, and all the cross bolts and hardware needed to secure the handguard. The kit also includes enhanced takedown pins so assembly goes cleanly. You won't have every tiny part for a complete rifle, but you have the core skeleton that matters most and all the quality pieces that distinguish a built rifle from a budget build.
Built for Customization
The 8.5" length works great for compact builds, SBRs, PDWs, and close-quarters setups. The M-LOK slots on the handguard accept standard Magpul and third-party accessories, giving you unlimited options for lights, vertical grips, and other furniture. Radian's billet upper and lower are machined in-house with tight tolerances that hold zero better than forgings, and every surface is chamfered smooth so you won't find any sharp edges during assembly.
Yes. This kit gives you the receivers, handguard, and key controls, but you'll still need to add a bolt carrier group, buffer system, trigger group, and magazines to complete the rifle. A lower parts kit covers most of those small fire control components. The receiver itself is the serialized part that requires an FFL transfer.
Billet receivers are machined from a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum, so they have tighter tolerances and superior strength in critical areas.
