The True Precision TP/22 takes everything folks love about the 10/22 world and turns the dial all the way up. This is a complete, ready-to-run .22 LR built around a 16-inch match-grade barrel machined from 416R stainless SHAW match blanks with a 1:16 twist and a Bentz chamber. That Bentz chamber has a reputation among rimfire competitors as one of the better semi-auto match chambers out there, and paired with quality ammo it gives you the kind of repeatable groups that make plinking a whole lot more satisfying.
The heart of this build is a billet aluminum receiver with a full-length integrated Picatinny rail, so you skip the hassle of mounting a separate scope base and go straight to glass. True Precision cuts proprietary machining into the receiver to smooth out bolt cycling, and the setup uses their own charging handle that integrates cleanly into the bolt and receiver for a more natural feel at the bench or in the field. Everything is made in the USA, and the fit and finish reflect that.
Where a lot of factory .22s leave you wanting a trigger upgrade, the TP/22 already handles that with a Two-Stage Timney Calvin Elite. It gives you a crisp, predictable break that pays off the moment you start chasing small targets.
