Yes, the 3" chamber and chrome-lined barrel are well suited to steel waterfowl loads. The general rule with steel is to stick with the Improved Cylinder or Modified tubes rather than the Full choke, since steel doesn't compress like lead. Modified over decoys is a solid setup for most duck hunts.
