The KRISS MagEx2 Kit is a straightforward way to stretch the capacity of your factory 10mm Glock magazine without buying a whole new mag. It bolts onto your existing Gen 3 or later Glock 20 magazine body and follower, swapping the stock baseplate for an extended assembly that bumps you from 15 rounds all the way up to 33. That's a full 18 extra rounds on tap, which is a big deal whether you're feeding a KRISS Vector, a Glock 20/40, or another Glock magazine-compatible pistol caliber carbine.
The kit itself is built from durable, lightweight reinforced composite, so you're adding capacity without hanging a bunch of dead weight off the bottom of your mag. You get the extended baseplate, the outer sleeve, and a longer spring to feed all those extra rounds. Pair that hardware with your OEM Glock body and follower and you keep the feeding reliability Glock mags are known for, just with a lot more ammo behind it.
This is a caliber-specific kit made for 10mm, so it's tuned for the round rather than being a one-size-fits-all part. It's designed for full-size, standard-capacity Glock 20 magazines, and it won't work with reduced-capacity 10-round mags, compacts, or subcompacts. Stick with a correct OEM Glock magazine and you'll get the fit and function the kit was engineered for.
The Alpine White color gives it a distinctive look that stands out from the usual black hardware, and it's a nice match for a Vector wearing an Alpine setup, though the polymer shade will read a little different than a Cerakote firearm finish. Installation is quick and tool-friendly, so you can have your mag rebuilt and back at the range in minutes. Heads up: with this much capacity and spring tension, topping off those last few rounds by hand gets tough, so a mag loader like an UpLULA is well worth keeping in your bag.
This kit is designed for factory standard, full-size Glock 20/40 magazines in 10mm, Gen 3 and later. The kit does not include a magazine body or follower, so you'll reuse those from your OEM Glock mag. It's not compatible with reduced-capacity 10-round, compact, or subcompact magazines.

Not at all. Swapping your factory baseplate for the MagEx2 assembly is a quick, tool-friendly job that most people knock out in a few minutes. Just note that loading the last several rounds by hand gets stiff with this much capacity, so a mag loader makes life easier.
