The ProMag AKA19 is a 40-round detachable magazine designed for many Kalashnikov AK-47 pattern rifles chambered in 7.62 x 39 mm. The magazine body and follower use a proprietary DuPont Zytel based polymer for durability while the magazine spring is formed from heat-treated chrome silicon wire for consistent feeding. This replacement or spare magazine is made in the USA and intended for routine range use and equipment readiness. It is not compatible with unconverted Saiga rifles.
