The Action Target B-27E is the economy version of one of the most recognizable silhouette targets in the country. You get a full-size 23 by 35 inch paper sheet printed with the familiar B-27 humanoid outline and clearly marked scoring rings, cut off below ring 7 to keep scoring consistent from shooter to shooter. It's the same target format police academies have used to run new recruits through their first qualification, and it still shows up on the line at ranges everywhere for good reason.
The B-27 traces back through decades of law enforcement training history, evolving from the older B-21 into the ringed silhouette we know today. The scoring zones run from the 10 ring at center mass out through the 7 ring, giving you a straightforward way to measure hits and track your groups over time. That makes it a solid pick for qualification prep, running drills, or just keeping tabs on how your accuracy is trending week to week. The blue-on-white print keeps contrast high so you can pick up your reference point and read your shots without squinting downrange.
These come 100 to a box, which is the whole point of the economy line. Paper targets are consumables, and if you're shooting regularly or running a class, a bulk pack keeps you stocked without constant reorders. The hanging design drops right onto most standard backers and frames, so setup is quick and there's nothing to fuss with between relays. When one's chewed up, pull it, hang a fresh one, and keep shooting.
Worth knowing that the B-27's highest-scoring rings sit a little low compared to true vital anatomy, which is why a lot of trainers alternate it with more anatomically focused targets. That said, for standardized scoring, group work, sighting in a new optic or load, and general trigger time, the B-27E does exactly what it's built to do and does it cheap. It's a workhorse, plain and simple.
Each B-27E sheet measures 23 by 35 inches, the standard full-size format for the B-27 silhouette. That gives you plenty of target area for qualification courses, defensive drills, and general practice. The hanging design fits most common range backers and frames.
The B-27 uses the NRA silhouette scoring system with rings running from the 10 at center mass out to the 7. The silhouette is cut off below ring 7 to keep scoring consistent across shooters. Many qualification courses simplify those rings into point values, so check the specific course you're running.
Yes. The high-contrast blue print gives you a clear aiming reference for zeroing an optic or working up a load, and the scoring rings let you measure your groups. It handles qualification prep, drill work, and casual plinking equally well.
Paper targets are consumables, so the economy line is packaged in bulk to keep frequent shooters, clubs, and training programs stocked. Buying by the box means fewer reorders and a lower cost per target. It's the practical choice if you're shooting often or running classes.
