The Lantac LA00223 Enhanced E-BCG is a nickel-boron coated bolt carrier group designed for .223 Remington / 5.56 NATO AR-15 platform use. The carrier is the M16 full-auto style to increase mass and lock time and is precision machined from heat-treated materials. The assembly uses a shot-peened Carpenter 158 bolt and an electroless NiB UCT EXO coating to reduce friction and improve surface hardness. Forward porting and unique carrier geometry are intended to alter gas flow for smoother cycling and reduced upper-receiver pressurization on suppressed builds.
