The Patriot Ordnance Factory Renegade+ Complete Upper is an AR-15 upper assembly chambered for .223 REM/5.56 NATO designed for compact, tuned applications. POF integrates features such as a roller cam pin, a straight gas tube, and a patented heat sink barrel nut to address common wear points in direct-impingement systems. The upper ships optic-ready with no iron sights installed.
